Keystone Music Roll Company Status
By Vincent Morgan

According to my contacts with Rich Groman in the past week, Keystone
Music Roll Co. is up and running again. They have moved into larger
facilities and have upgraded and rebuilt the original Ampico equipment.

They acquired an original Aeolian Duo-Art perforator that they say will
be running sometime later this year. They have designed an up-to-date
reading system to use on the Duo-Art and one of the Ampico perforators
and expect to expand their ability to accurately copy all types of
piano rolls. They are getting ready to recut many rolls that have
never been recut before.

Currently they are running an auction of old Ampico, Duo-Art and
88-note rolls. To ask questions, place a bid or obtain a catalog,
contact [Magic Melodies:] Shelby and Laura Key Kennard, 360 Lawless
Road, Jamestown, KY 42629. Phone (270) 343-2061. All bids need to
be in by Feb. 21st.

Keystone should be issuing an all new catalog later this year.
