You will probably get many responses to your question about the
composer of the waltz "Just A Memory."

The Billings Rollography shows the composer as B. G. De Sylva, the
pseudonym of George Gard De Sylva.  But the 1927 sheet music attributes
the waltz to the team of De Sylva, Brown & Henderson, saying "Words by
B.G. De Sylva and Lew Brown.  Music by Ray Henderson."
