These were no doubt manufactured by Gordon Iles of London, England.
He owned the original Duo-Art perforators and I believe most of the
Duo-Art masters in those times.  I was a dealer for him and purchased
Artona rolls from him approximately 30 plus years ago.  I still have
one of his Duo-Art test rolls.  He is now deceased.

He was a good friend of Gerald Stonehill of London, England, and I still
communicate with Gordon Stonehill.  He would no doubt have more info on
this subject.
