Hello Jeff:  I have used a product called Plastic Surgery.  It comes in
a tube and is available at my local Ace Hardware or True Value Hardware
store.  It is surprisingly very tough and we have used it on dental
flippers where the tooth breaks off, etc.  It is exceptionally good for
plastic-to-plastic use.
