John,  It may depend on what you are selling.  Seasonal items are
dependant on everything from the weather to fashion trends.

Here in California this weekend the malls were packed with shoppers out
to enjoy the 80 degree F. weather.  Brisk sales on shorts and sandals
resulted in a very fashionable beach crowd going into our better
weather months in Marin County.

Hope your sales improve and I doubt that the war or the stock market
have much impact on buying desirable items.
