Looking for information on a barrel piano by

The plaque also says "Medailles Aux Expositions - Brevetes en tous pays".

It is in an oak cabinet 6-1/2 feet tall, 4 feet wide and 2 feet deep.
It has three glass and wood panels on the front that can easily be
removed to change barrel.

The barrel is made of wood and it is about 41 inches long and about 45
inches around.  The barrel seems to be covered with paper and pins and
has writing :

Inside under the piano strings is a stamp

Carved on the outside front panel is

  H. Basile F. de pianos. Orchestrions
  230 Rusdela Poste Bruxelles.

I can not locate any date.  Please help point me in the right direction!
