Your description of the roll cabinet you are trying to evaluate
needs enhancement.  As they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words."
It is your option on the picture(s); more is always better, or the
thousands of words that it would take to describe it.

A plain roll cabinet, unrestored, of the single-panel-door variety,
is probably worth $50-$100.  They go up from there.
