Musical Cigarette Dispenser

I have recently obtained a musical cigarette dispenser and, after
a lot of searching on the 'Net and in books, I can't locate anything
on its origin or year, and was wondering if anyone could help.

It is shaped like a beer stein (ceramic) with a metal pointy-domed top.
It has a 3-D-like picture running around the outside, with a man and
lady in what clothes look around the 1900s, and on the other side is
a building with many pointy roofs and arches.

The top of the stein pulls up to reveal a cigarette dispenser that
holds 18 cigarettes, splayed out around in multiple rows around the
stein. The movement plays a tune that I cannot work out what it is
playing. I feel it may be of Austrian or German origin, I don't know.
