Seek Mason & Hamlin Player Piano Catalogs

I am still wondering if anyone has an original or reprint of the
Mason-Hamlin booklet, showing their pianos.  Also, still looking for
the Ampico bulletin from about l922 with Ervin Nyiregyhazi's photo
on the cover.  In fact, any Nyiregyhazi tidbits are welcome.
