Does anyone have a version of this Ivan Caryll waltz from his musical,
'The Pink Lady'?   I'm at it again, doing another sound design for
a theater and they want this waltz for some inexplicable reason; I'd
like to give it to them with a mechanical music version.

It seems to date from 1911, so there should be some formats out there
-- discs, rolls?
