Violin Pipes by Schoenstein of Villingen
By Willy van der Reijden

Hello Everybody, Tim Trager was impressed by the superb sound of the
violin pipes made by Schoenstein of Villingen.

Is it somehow possible to discover what the secret is that they sound
better than other ones? Could one made a mechanical comparison with
other pipes that sound different?

This would be of interest for those who are building their own organs
or orchestrions. A *.wav or *.mp3 file somewhere would also be nice to
listen to what Tim was so excited about. For me it would be of interest
to know where the pipes of my Frati Hymnia Orchestrion (Berlin) came
from.

Kind greetings from the Netherlands,

Willy van der Reijden
