Are you a subscriber and you're not receiving MMDigest each day
via email?  Currently there are about ten MMDers who are frustrated
and mad at me because they have written to me and have received
no reply.

Well, each time I send a reply it is rejected by their email client
program or their ISP (Internet Service Provider).  These domains,
in particular, are sporadically or consistently rejecting email
sent from foxtail.com :

  canada.com
  charter.net
  dccnet.com
  msn.com
  netrover.com
  speeddial.net
  tds.net
  tusco.net
  usachoice.net

Please, subscribers, when you write to me that aren't receiving
MMDigest, give me another email address at a different domain so that
we can communicate, or else provide a fax number.  Thanks.
