Seek I/O Card for IBM Laptop Controlling Piano

Hi All, I'm looking for a ISA to USB2 card for my IBM 760XL laptop,
which I use to control my piano.  I hope my aging laptop hasn't, alas,
outlived its usefulness.  I've checked the 'Net, eBay, Amazon, etc.,
but have not found one.  Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
