I have a Seeburg style E for sale.  It appears to be the same as the
one in Bowers' "Encyclopedia", on page 605 in the upper right photo.
It has a mandolin, xylophone, loud and soft regulator, and has been
restrung.  I have 11 rolls.

I need to sell it because I have retired and am downsizing to a smaller
house.  I am asking $11,900 which is what I have in it, but the price
is negotiable.
