Wurlitzer "Casino" Player Piano of 1990s
By Roger Waring

Well, I have yet another player about which I know nothing.

A recent enquiry from a potential client in Southampton, UK, reveals
the existence of a "Casino by Wurlitzer" pedal/electric upright
pneumatic player piano, manufactured in Houston, Texas, USA. It is
"Equipped with Ukelano". The pristine condition of the casework
suggest very recent origin, and the owner believes it be ca. 1990.

I have searched the MMD Archives and John Tuttle's Player-Care site
without success. Can anyone tell me anything about them? Particularly
any advice on servicing problems to watch out for, but also confirmation
of the probable manufacturing date. Were Wurlitzer really making
pneumatic players in the 1990s?

Oh yes -- the definition of a specialist: "Someone who knows more
and more about less and less until he knows everything about nothing."
I feel that way sometimes. ;-)
