I don't know if the Chickering Ampico Upright used the same motor, but
I have a Fischer Ampico Upright that came with the following motor:

  Holtzer-Cabot Electric Company
  Frame ST-17
  1/8 HP
  1150 RPM
  110 V AC
  2.8 Amps

The pulley on this motor is not original.  I suspect it was replaced
with a larger one since the player doesn't play very well.  The current
pulley size is 2-1/2 inches.  This information should be close to what
you need.

It would be best to find an original old motor if at all possible.  The
old ones run much quieter than any new motor.  The horse power rating
