It would never have occurred to me to support MMD through the use
of PayPal.  I send money to MMD the same way I send money to anything
(anybody), e.g., with a check.  I also always assume that something
more than the $30 suggested will help make up for some who use the
service but might not pay or be able to pay, so I have always sent
more than the suggested amount annually.
