Recording Four-Hands Piano Rolls
By Albert Petrak

To All: I've been asked from time to time by non-mechanically-minded
folk, who have accessed my web site <www.rprf.org> and, being a
relatively technical dum-dum, I haven't any really accurate
information.

Let's say two of you are in the Aeolian Duo-Art studio, and W. Creary
Woods is to record your two-piano or piano four-hands offering. Must
the wiring to the studio from the salon be altered? Since the 88 notes
are represented in any of the sessions, I'd think it wouldn't be all
that difficult, but am willing to be informed to the contrary.

Appreciate any detail that any of you may supply. And a happy and
fulfilling New Year to you all.
