I know this may sound like a dumb question but I came across a 'Hold
Heet' thermostatically controlled hot glue bucket at a yard sale and
am not sure if I'm supposed to put water between the heater and the
removable glue bucket (like a double boiler).  I don't want to short
the thing out.
