There is a seller on eBay who is apparently making and selling
photocopies of plans to build an air calliope.  The plans are
copyright 1975, A. B.  Enterprises, Peoria, IL.  Does anyone know
anything about this company?  I've seen copies of these plans before
and it is apparent that they have been copied many times judging by
all the black dots in the upper left corner of the pages (shadows of
old staple holes).  Is it legal to purchase these plans?  Has anyone
seen them that can speak to there completeness?  Thanks.

 [ An "advanced" search on eBay indicates that this set of plans has
 [ been offered by this seller 3 times with auctions that ended on
 [ Feb 1, 7, and 14.  It appears that two copies were sold, one at
 [ $33.50 and a second at $16.00.  One auction received no bids.
