Hi All,  I don't know much about the in's and out's of carousel
rotation, but Bart Simpson has already investigated the clockwise,
anti-clockwise theory related to whirlpools -- albeit confined to
toilets and bathroom sinks -- and caused a diplomatic incident with
Australia in the bargain.  So be warned!
