I am still anticipating that someone in MMD will find a source for
Cremona or Link chain.  They are both the same and, after spending
hours and hours looking in chain catalogs at the local chain supply
stores, I have come to the conclusion that it may not exist.  Does
anyone have any ideas?  Diamond Chain came the closest to having
antique chain.

Thanks to those of you who may find the answer.  It is 1/2-inch pitch,
1/4-inch wide, with 1/8-inch diameter roller, most likely known as
double pitch.
