I have for sale a 1924 Steinway 6"2' Duo-Art, model XR, serial number
229996.  The case is medium mahogany.

The player action was completely rebuilt in 2002.  The piano and the
player play excellently.  The original piano finish is in very good
condition with no alligator cracking or scratches.  However, the
original matching bench does have some top scratches.

The sale price includes approximately 200 Duo-Art rolls in original
boxes; almost all of these rolls are in very good condition.  I will
also include approximately 250 88-note rolls and 50 88-note Christmas
rolls.  Also included are approximately another 25 or so Duo-Art rolls
that need repair.  I am not sure on the exact number of Duo-Art rolls,
but it is close; possibly I have a few more than stated.  I have not
listed this piano on eBay.
