Hi,  I have a 2-manual 1938 Aeolian/Skinner organ with many of the
ivory key coverings coming off.  I need to replace the missing ivories
as well as attach the ones I do have.  Does anyone have any suggestions
regarding finding replacements and what adhesive should be used?
