Just a thank you note to all who offered advice on rebuilding my
Standard wind motor.  It works perfectly -- you can't turn it backwards
at all and it move very smoothly.  I can tell the piano now has much
more vacuum to work with.  One of these days I'll get real ambitious
and do the stack pneumatics...
