There is a Dictionary of Musical Themes and a Dictionary of Operatic
and Song Themes; both are available from Amazon.

The first is for classical music.  As to the second, I am not sure on
what constitutes a "song".  In each, you transpose to C, then look up
the sequence of notes as in a dictionary.
