Hi All,  I need to know the size of the punch used for cutting the
holes in a 65-note music roll.  I'd also like to know where I might
purchase such a punch.

Background: An artist in New York City is creating a piece of art which
centers around a continuous music roll that will be used to play
percussion instruments.  I've been helping him with the mechanics of
the system.  I figured he had already considered cutting the holes
in the roll with an Exacto knife.  Now he has asked about a punch...
