Book "Rebuilding the Aeolian Orchestrelle"

On John Tuttle's suggestion I have placed a zipfile of the
electronic book by Richard Vance at

The file size is 24 Mb, which requires about two hours to
download using a dial-up modem. The zipfile contains all
the original image files and HTML files, which still are at
