There are several Mason & Risch uprights here in San Diego.  They are
all beautiful upright pianos with the Duo-Art expression system in
them.  One turned out to be a very expensive piano for the owner.  His
grandson put quarters between the keys and the stack had to be removed
to get them out.  Another time the same grandson took a hammer to all
the ivory keys and broke them.  His homeowner's insurance paid for the
replacement.  He recently moved and donated the piano the Jewish
Community Recreation center.  Who knows what the kids are doing to it
there.
