In the 040817 MMDigest Nicholas Simons referred to "spam overload".
I was beginning to suffer from this until I started using
MailWasherPro.  For a small fee you can not only delete (and bounce)
spam straight from the server before downloading, but you can subscribe
to a database of known spam and have it deleted in the background.

If everyone used this natty little program spam would be a menace of
the past.
