I think I can identify two tunes from the list:

#3: "Bummel Petrus" - a "Character Piece".  I don't know anything about
this tune, but I've got a 1920s Odeon recording of it.  If I can dig it
out I'll get the composer.

#9: I'm almost completely certain this is a polka by Strauss.
