Hi All,  For the record, less than 1/2 of 1% of the QRS rolls I have
sold at Player-Care.com have been returned to QRS for any reason.  Of
the 0.5% that were returned, about 90% of them were defective in some
way.  (The most common defect is wrinkled paper.)  So, of the more than
5000 rolls I sold over the past 12 months, _three_ (3) were returned
because the customer didn't like the arrangement!
