Does anyone have a copy of the Duo-Art paper Chester Kuharski wrote?
Someone sent me a copy a few years ago and it looks like a photocopy
from a "comb" bound collection of articles.  The article started on
page 92 and was entitled "Kuharski on Duo-Art." I have through page
101 but I'm missing page 96.  I have two page 95s.

The last paragraph on page 95 begins with "Then there is the matter
of the springs...", and the last few words on page 95 are "Selected
for the Accompaniment because it was found to provide a..."  Then
page 96 is missing.  Would anyone be interested in providing me the
missing page 96?
