It has been a dream for a long time: play a musical piece, let it
be recognised by a computer, and generate a score.  For those

and be surprised!

Doctor Cemgil, after 14 years of studying and investigation, finally
graduated on the subject.  In "Automatiseringgids", a major Dutch
IT-magazine, the work of Dr. Cemgil was brought to attention.  It's
quite high-tech and theoretical but, in fact, very interesting for
those involved with mechanical music.

And aren't we all?!
