QRS 65-Note "D" Roll

I dropped by an antique store in northern California today and found
a dealer who had a number of odd piano rolls, among which were 25
Aeolian pipe organ rolls and some Farrand Organ Company "Cecilian"
(piano) rolls.  Most interesting was a roll that looked like a narrow
65-note roll with pin ends, labeled QRS, that he called a "D" roll.
Can anyone tell me what the "D" roll was played on?

For those of you looking for music box discs, he had eighteen 11"
Regina (center drive) discs, a couple of 18" Mira discs and a 17.5"
Kalliope disc.
