Rebuilding A Pneumatic Stack
By Russ Doering

Duaine, Years ago I had the same problem with a different player.
When I finished rebuilding the stack the valves had so much leakage
that the vacuum build-up was "0".

As I continued to play it anyway, to try to break it in, I sprayed
some dry lube around the stack. After about 20 minutes it started
moving some of the hammers. After another 20 minutes it was playing
very well.

I almost gave up on that one, but glad I did not.
