Musical Clock of Meccano Pieces
By Philippe Rouillé

Hello Christopher Noering and MMDs,

There have been many clocks made of Meccano pieces; two rather
important ones are

- in Reims in the entrance of the Planetarium, not very far away from
the cathedral, 100 miles east of Paris : it is a very complicated
astronomical clock.

- and another one (not exhibited) in the Musée des Arts et Métiers in
Paris, France.

As for a Meccano pinned barrel musical piece (striking actually on
bottles!), one was made by the late Roger Charnoud : you may see it and
listen to it (replayed by Robbie!) on my web pages Musica mecanica, in
the Special Favourites (Bouteillophone) : http://www.musicamecanica.org

With best regards,
Philippe Rouillé (Paris, France)
