I was tuning a woman's player grand and noticed that several notes
were not working.  Upon removing the key cover to get to the action
I discovered an upper plate of false teeth!

Asking the owner about this set of "ivory" she then told me that the
piano had belonged to her elderly mother, who complained that she
could not find her teeth and thought that they might be in the piano.

Since she was pretty old and sort of senile they thought she was loosing
it.  Her daughter who had inherited the piano realized her mom was
right after all!
