With all due respect to Professor Liljencrants (and believe me
I have the utmost respect for anyone who builds their own organ),
the Phillips screws and hex bolts do nothing to improve the
visual effect of this instrument, in my opinion.

 [ disassembled for modification; it's actually a "test bed" for
 [ research into organ design.  That's why all the pipe parts and
 [ windchests are secured using sturdy bolts and screws instead
 [ of the ('one time only') methods of a production shop.
