Does anyone have information about a Russian oligarch who is buying
up collections, whole auctions, etc., in Europe?  I have heard that he
wants to establish the largest mechanical musical museum in the world.
Any information would be helpful.  Is he the same person who recently
purchased the Faberge eggs from the Forbes collection in Manhattan?
