Cleaning Screws

If there is paint or varnish, etc., soak in acetone, rinse, then
soak in Naval Jelly rust remover (or similar product).  Rinse well
in a strainer.  After wiping dry with a cloth, they look like new.
After that I usually spray with lacquer.  I like this method because
it works well and requires very little labor.
