The start switch in my Emerson pancake motor in my Cremona G is worn
completely out.  It has two half-moon shaped brass plates which ride
on insulated standoffs on one end of the armature.  These standoffs are
also missing and badly made ones in place.

I'm wondering if anyone has a junk motor out there with these parts
still intact?
