New Pouch Ideas

Many years ago I remember my father, who worked in the plastics
industry,
saying that polyethylene cannot be glued. It has to be welded by heat.
The paint I used on some plastic figures on the model railway I had as a
kid would annoyingly peel off.  I believe Saran Wrap is similar to the
Clingfilm we have here in the UK.  Ordinary self-adhesive tape does
stick to it, but we all know what happens to that over time.
