I'm trying to assist a friend settle an estate, and need feedback from
readers about a Stella music box.  It's a table model, large mahogany,
playing 17 1/4" discs.  The cabinet is in excellent condition, with
carving on the front panel.  There is a drawer full of discs in
excellent condition.  The box plays with very nice tone and clarity, but
there is a problem with the mainspring, in that, if wound more than half
way, the spring can be heard unwinding.

I need an estimate of value, and an estimate of the cost of repairing
the mainspring.
