Circa 1920's Welte-Mignon Reproducing Baby Grand piano for sale.  It
measures 6' x 4.5'and is in pristine condition, made of walnut stained a
medium brown.  It comes with bench, original owner's manual, and twenty-
eight rolls of music.  The piano was recently appraised at $11,000.  The
reproducing portion was restored prior to my purchasing it.  There is a
hairline crack on the front leg of the piano, which does not affect the
integrity of the  instrument in any way.

This Welte Mignon must be sold quickly to make room for our new piano.
The buyer is responsible for moving the piano, and arrangements for
pick-up must be made within ten days of the close of sale.  I will
accept cash or a certified check.
