Knabe grand Ampico players are rare in the United Kingdom and in
30 years I have never had one, until last week, that is.  When one
appeared in an auction near London, I bought it for only 550 GBP
(about 800 dollars).  I have yet to see it but I understand it has
painted scenes on the case and only one roll.

If any MMD'ers in the UK has any Ampico rolls spare, I would like
to buy a few.
