I have a friend in Wales, UK, who wishes to sell a 20-note street
organ made in the past 20 years by McCarthy in England.  It is in
good condition, can be played by hand with a large flywheel, but
there is also an electric motor if you need a break.  It includes
a large trolley and over 30 books of music.  I can send photos if
you are interested.
