Hello, I am registered piano technician (RPT) in Las Vegas where
I operate a shop, Southwest Piano Technologies.  One of my primary
clients is the largest dealer here, Family Music Center.  As with
any piano dealer they often get old pianos in on trade.  Yesterday
I was assisting with the set-up of a clearance sale following the
closure of their old warehouse that is being replaced by a much bigger
facility across town.

They set up a Duo-Art player grand as part of the clearance sale stock,
something that I was not aware they had obtained.  I immediately
inquired about it.  They have no intention of conducting any work on
it, rather to sell it as-is immediately.  Rather than seeing some
plumber buying it who will no doubt attempt to "restore" it using
toilet parts, I wanted to announce it here in hopes that someone would
be interested in responsibly adopting it.

The dealer would like $3000,00 for it but perhaps they would negotiate
to some degree.  It is nothing elaborate, just a small Aeolian grand.
It has had some degree of restorative work in the past.  I noticed that
someone used some gray PVC piping for the stack suction supply but
everything else appears relatively original or close to it.

The piano itself is in need of a full restoration as expected.
I haven't heard it play but I was informed by the moving crew that the
player worked when they picked it up.  Of course, "plays" and "plays
correctly" are two different things and I don't expect a moving crew to
know the difference.

There is a sense of urgency here because it is currently on display and
