Hello All,  The Chickering Duo-Art with the Ampico B Drawer is an art
case model, serial number 152776.  It has an original Duo-Art tracker
bar.  It has a regular Duo-Art expression system, not a fan system.
The Ampico stack has B unit valves and a 1925 pump.

It is interesting that Craig Roothoff rebuilt one like this some
years ago.  I know who the rebuilder was and it wasn't you, Craig.
My customer showed me the invoice for earlier rebuilding: $2000.00 for
a complete rebuild twenty years ago.

Just for a laugh I can tell you that the expression hoses were tubed to
Middle "C" and surrounding notes.  When the expression was activated it
sounded horrible.  A bicycle caliper brake was installed to squeeze
the accordion pneumatic to increase the volume.

Oh well, it's all in a day's work!
