Bill Kromer has the dies and makes up gaskets.  He doesn't have
a computer, so you have to call him at (610) 687-0172.  His address
is 53 Louella Court, Wayne, PA 19087.  He uses old inner tubes for
gaskets, but will punch any material requested.
